We are excited to announce the official launch of our monthly draw, designed to raise essential funds for our group. Your participation will play a crucial role in making this initiative a success.
Joining the 100 Club is simple: each participant purchases a numbered square from those available. Every month, a number is drawn at random. The lucky winner receives half of the takings, with the other half going towards the running costs of the group.

Terms and Conditions for the 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout’s 100 Club
1. Introduction
- By participating in the 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout’s 100 Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Members of the 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout’s 100 Club must have completed the registration process and paid the required entry fee.
3. Draw Details
- The winning number will be drawn on the last day of each month.
- The draw is covered under the 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout Group’s Lottery Licence.
- If a blank number is chosen, the funds from that month’s draw will be rolled over to the following month and added to the next draw’s prize pot.
4. Entry Validity
- If you sign up mid-month, your entry will only be valid for the subsequent month’s draw.
- Entries must be received and payments cleared by the 16th of the month to be included in that month’s draw.
- An entry is considered valid only upon receipt of both the completed registration form and payment. If another participant submits payment for a chosen number before you do, they will be assigned that number, irrespective of the order in which registration forms were submitted. Both Form and Payment must be received to make an entry valid.
5. Random Number Generation
- The winning number will be generated using the Google Random Number Generator, which can be accessed here: Google Random Number Generator.
6. Payment Instructions
- Participants will receive a unique payment code upon registration, which must be used when making payment.
- Payments made with an incorrect payment code may not be included in the draw at the discretion of the 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout Group.
- It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that the correct payment code is used.
- Payment can be made by standing order or BACS.
- Payment by BACS is allowed, but it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that payment is made each month.
- If payment is not received by the 16th of the month, the participant will not be included in that month’s draw.
7. Prizes
- The prize amount and the number of prizes will be determined on the 17th day of each month.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.
8. Data Protection
- Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the 100 Club and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
9. Amendments
- The 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email.
10. Cancellation
- Participants are responsible for cancelling their standing order if they no longer wish to partake in the 100 Club.
11. Form Submission
- If more forms are submitted than numbers available on the grid, forms will be processed in the order they were time-stamped.

13. Limitation of Liability
- The 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout Group is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to payment processing errors or interruptions in the random number generation process.
