These forms are here to make the general maintenance and record keeping for the group easier. The entries of these forms are added to excel sheets within the Trustees SharePoint and stored there for future reference.

Pitch Sizes are 1.8m x 1.5m and Table sizes are 1.8m x 0.68m

Would you like to drop off and set up your stall the day before? *

Please note if “No” and you are setting up on the day, you will have to have all stall equipment dropped off and cars out of the car park no later than 15 mins prior to opening due to limited parking for customers.

If “Yes”, set up times for stall holders will be between 2pm and 4 pm on the day prior to the fayre.

We would appreciate any prize, no matter how big or small to boost our raffle raising vital group funds to help us keep the group providing the amazing activities we have been for the last 85 years.
