To request a pitch at our upcoming Fundraising Fayre, we request you fill in the below form. The cost for an indoor pitch is £5. This is Non Refundable due to limited availability. Table hire is available at an additional £3, please select the respective option for this in the below form. Payment details will be provided via email once your booking is confirmed.

Pitch Sizes are 1.8m x 1.5m and Table sizes are 1.8m x 0.68m

Would you like to drop off and set up your stall the day before? *

Please note if “No” and you are setting up on the day, you will have to have all stall equipment dropped off and cars out of the car park no later than 15 mins prior to opening due to limited parking for customers.

If “Yes”, set up times for stall holders will be between 2pm and 4 pm on the day prior to the fayre.
